As I begin posting immune health information, the two outstanding topics of interest needing to be addressed are the Avian Flu (H5N1) and the possible influenza pandemic. These topics are intertwined, so I shall try to quickly build up my resources on these two issues.

My first resource is a book that addresses both the avian flu and influenza pandemic. Although it was published over one year ago, The Bird Flu Preparedness Planner is so clear and concise it is still worth the mere $5 it costs. It is an excellent foundation upon which to build your knowledge of both issues.
